"Between Nisida and Atlantis"

The Songwriters,

they are the ones who have decisively marked my very modest musical path.

It is thanks to their work that I play and sing!

Obviously the listening starts from the family, where fortunately these influences are certainly not lacking, and then follows in an almost maniacal way! I started from a very young age to research new authors, the meanings of the lyrics, of the albums, with the emotion that completely captivated me when I placed the needle on the vinyl, and, putting on my headphones, I lost myself among the words and melodies of all these very big!

I admire the voices, the music, the arrangements and everything else, but what completely captivates me is the poetry, this strength that they manage to put into the descriptions of everything, from the most banal moment or in any case of normal life, to the most important moments. and exciting things that go on to tell!

I consider Italian songwriting to be a unique and precious heritage, equal to, if not superior to, other characteristics that have somehow made us love and appreciate Italy in the past.

In my opinion, there are no other comparable phenomena in the world, with some exceptions of course, but so much, in so few years and in so many forms, is truly precious!

I started playing and studying music very young,

then, almost for fun or simple curiosity, to create melodies and write lyrics.

Taking inspiration from my life, from what surrounded me and from my imagination, I accumulated many lines, many thoughts.

Life doesn't always allow you to dedicate yourself to your passions by turning them into a profession, there are many compromises and difficulties...

Now finally, no longer so young, I can make my dream come true, that of recording my unreleased songs, presenting them live and on social media, everything fills my head and heart...

Nisida, the small island in the Gulf of Naples, is an indelible memory of the first years in which I played and sang, Edoardo Bennato was among my idols, and his song dedicated to this place accompanied me in this growth.... Atlantis it is in a certain sense the point of arrival, Atlantide, on the one hand a song by De Gregori, spectacular, mysterious, and which only after years of familiarity with singer-songwriter music can one fully appreciate... and on the other the continuous search for fairy tales, dreams, mystery and the sea...
